• A min. of 5 years of New Product Development experience.

• Good understanding of manufacturing process

職責:

• Provide technical advice for process improvement

• Provide comments for new product development during conceptualization stage

• Complete the product development projects within allotted budgets and timelines

• Coordinate with different parties (innovation team, merchandising team, China and HQ) in preparing product design documents and specifications

• Validate tooling and processes for mass production

• Apply for test accreditation and lead annual reassessments (HOKLAS)
